Outcome: A living archive people return to — not another feed. The product validated its core loop: capture together, build together, remember together.
Kampüslü — a location-aware student ecosystem
Problem: University life is fragmented: communities, events, campus services and local businesses each live on separate channels — and students discover most of it too late.
Approach: A location-aware ecosystem bringing communities, events and campus-area businesses into a single platform, with discovery designed around where the student actually is.
Outcome: One shared layer for campus life — a foundation connecting students, communities and local businesses instead of another standalone app.
Alliance Portal — from idea to measurable project
Problem: Communities generate ideas constantly, but without structure most of them evaporate — no owners, no stages, no measurable progress.
Approach: An internal platform where ideas move through defined stages and become structured projects, with roles and progress visible to the whole community.
Outcome: In production for a real community: ideas now have a path from proposal to project, and progress is measurable instead of anecdotal.
PeerUP — a peer-to-peer learning marketplace
Problem: Peer knowledge inside communities is abundant but invisible — the people who could teach and the people who want to learn rarely find each other.
Approach: A peer-to-peer learning marketplace where members exchange skills, backed by an internal reward economy that keeps sharing knowledge worthwhile.
